Explore the World Cup cities: routes for your journey

We analyzed the official FIFA 2026 schedule and created three realistic routes. They’re designed not just to let you watch the matches, but to experience a true adventure.
Route 1

“The power corridor: from group stage to the final” (Northeast USA & Canada)

This route is your ticket to the heart of the action. In a compact geographic area, you’ll find an incredible number of games, including key playoff matches and the World Cup Final.

Traveling between Boston, New York, and Philadelphia takes just a few hours, letting you see as much football as possible without spending too much time on the road.
Host cities: Boston, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, with the option to include Toronto.
During the group stage (June 13–27), you can easily move between Boston, New York, and Philadelphia, attending numerous games.

In the playoffs, this region becomes the main stage of the tournament. The route lets you see key Round of 32 and Round of 16 matches, the quarterfinal in Boston (July 9), and most importantly, be at the FINAL on July 19 in New York/New Jersey!

Route 2

“Pacific classic: the legendary road trip” (West Coast USA & Canada)

This route is the embodiment of the classic American road trip along the ocean. It requires more time on the road, but rewards you with unforgettable views, iconic cities, and the chance to see matches in four unique locations.
Host cities: Los Angeles, San Francisco (Bay Area), Seattle, Vancouver.
You’ll catch the U.S. team’s debut match in Los Angeles (June 12) along with many other group stage games in California.

Heading north along the famous Pacific Coast is an adventure in itself. You’ll leisurely make your way to Seattle and Vancouver, where key playoff matches will take place.

The route also lets you witness the quarterfinal in Los Angeles (July 10), perfectly wrapping up your grand West Coast journey.

Sights along the way

Route 3

“Southern hospitality: in the heart of decisive battles” (Central & Southern USA)

This route takes you right into the heart of the decisive battles. It’s perfect for true football fans who want to be where history is made. It involves longer drives but puts you at the center of the tournament’s most intense and important games, including both semifinals.
Host cities: Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Atlanta, Miami.
You can comfortably spend the entire group stage in Texas, basing yourself around Dallas and Houston, where many matches will take place.

As the tournament heats up, you’ll follow the action eastward, finding yourself at the very heart of the playoffs.

This route is your ticket to the climax of the World Cup: you’ll attend the semifinal in Dallas (July 14), the second semifinal in Atlanta (July 15), and the third-place match in Miami (July 18).

Your motorhome travel guide

Book everything in advance!
During the World Cup, motorhomes and campgrounds near host cities will be fully booked months ahead. The earlier you start planning, the wider the choice of RVs and the better the rental deals. We’ll secure both the RV and campgrounds for your route.
Licenses and documents
In most cases, a standard national driver’s license (Category B) is enough to rent an RV in the USA or Canada. You’ll need at least 1–2 years of driving experience, and the minimum age is usually 21–25.
What to pack?
Bring clothes for all kinds of weather, portable chargers for your gadgets, sunscreen, and hats. Bed linen and kitchenware can be rented together with the RV, so you don’t have to carry extra.
Driving and size
Don’t worry about the size. Modern RVs are no harder to drive than a large SUV. Just keep in mind the height (when passing under bridges or tree branches) and the length (when turning or parking). We provide a full briefing before every trip.
Electricity, water, service
An RV can be self-sufficient for 1–2 days. After that, you’ll need to stop at a campground to empty wastewater, refill clean water, and recharge the batteries. It’s a simple process that takes about 15–20 minutes.
Parking and overnight stays
Campgrounds are the most convenient and safest option for overnight stays. In the US, it’s also common to stay overnight for free in the parking lots of major chains like Walmart or Cracker Barrel (though it’s always best to confirm with the store management).
Mobile internet and connectivity
The best option is to buy a local SIM card with a large data plan or use an eSIM. For stable internet in remote areas, you can rent a portable router or even Starlink for motorhomes.
