Booking conditions

• Driver must be over 25 years old with at least 5 years of experience and a category B license
• Minimum rental period: 4 days
• Refundable deposit: €200 (returned within 10 days after the end of rental)
• To confirm booking, a 50% advance payment is required
• Remaining 50% and deposit are due on the day of pickup
• 300 km/day included (extra distance charged at €0.25/km; total mileage is calculated across the rental period). Example: For a 10-day rental with 3,500 km driven, 3,000 km are included; 500 km extra = €125

Cancellation policy

• If canceled 30 days or more in advance, 25% of the total rental cost is withheld
• If canceled 29 days or less before the start date, 50% is withheld

A cleaning fee of €25 is charged separately
